@joedf, what was your method? jquery injection into the console? I did that on my second go-round. Used a bit of ahk to spam the buttons, and was going to setup a greasemonkey script, but lost interest.

@Delta Pythagorean- Hang in there. While being out on your own has a lot of advantages, there are a ton of difficulties too!

Trust me, I grew up with an incredibly dysfunctional household. We had raging alcoholics, run-away siblings, bi-polar parents etc. Do your best to bide your time and get through it...

Sometimes just venting with friends (or strangers for that matter) can help get through tough spots. My holidays always sucked so much that I volunteered to work every one of them so I could be out of the house and avoid the drama...
Regards,
Joe

Running away is not the answer. Sometimes it might seem simpler... :/

Going away sometimes simply is the answer. You can call it running away or whatever yoou want but sometimes it just is the solution.

Nothing wrong with avoiding conflict (At least in the short run).... When you can't avoid it, choosing to focus on neutral topics can help.

Well it’s not never the answer. Of course not, there’s for example refugees, etc :b
I am just suggesting to a 16 year old not to leave so soon :0

It depends on if there's abuse involved. In my case there was leaving was definitely the right answer and I've never questioned it since I'm 44 now. But if there's no abuse you really should try and tough it out and as Joe suggested confiding people talk share

The thing is, they're all nice and comfortable people to be around, I just don't fit in at all. Anything they like, I don't, and vice versa.
