Looking for a script in Diablo II

Basically looking for a script that will switch 3 hotkeys(or more, perferraly 5-6 with about a 0.5 milisecond delay on each)

Basically needs to be like this

0:38-0:50

Well the problem is ....im not just a novice in programming, im like completely clueless. Like as in I only know how to paste someone else's scripts into notepad.
