Having the Mouse work with a Joystick Topic is solved
Having the Mouse work with a Joystick
While playing the game Star Citizen my mouse sometimes getting locked out of an axis of movement when you use both the mouse and the joystick. The reason for this is that the game does not support additive controls/inputs. Is there a script I can use to be able to not have the mouse occasionally lock up like that? Maybe by having the mouse behave as a joystick? Aside form that I can't figure any solution.
Re: Having the Mouse work with a Joystick
I have a script that will convert mouse input to virtual joystick (vJoy) output.
The download is here (Standalone EXE, no AHK required).
You need vJoy installed from here.
If you dont trust compiled EXEs, the source code is in the OneSwitch Utilities repo, though there are rather a lot of dependencies to get the AHK version to run.

I downloaded vjoy and the .exe. What's the deal with the .exe? Do I activate it through vjoy?
Re: Having the Mouse work with a Joystick
Once vJoy is installed, just double click mtj.exe to run the app.
