help needed League of Legends

Hi all,
Is there still any possibility to run ahk in league of legnds? i used this tool some years ago, but it seems that since a certain patch ahk is blocked ingame. i already tried to fix it with "How to Make AHK Work in Most Games - The Basics". its a really nice guide in this forum, but i cant get ahk working. (i tried admim rights, windowed mode,... nothing works for me)

It would be really nice if someone could help me.
