What do you mean by this? Do you mean that you want something that alters how your game sees the physical xbox controller?
At the moment, the only thing that I know of that can do that is X360CE, but you have to put a fake XInput.dll in the game folder, and many games do not like that.

Solutions are coming, but they will require a virtual joystick (eg vJoy) in order to work.
I suggest you work out why vJoy is not working and fix it.
