Nvidia Ansel problem Topic is solved

Well, I was trying to remap Alt+F2 to just HOME key, to launch Nvidia Ansel in Witcher3.
I've tried to use Home::!F2 but it doesn't work at all.
So I decided to try some other key, and did it Capslock::!F2, and it worked... but with some strange delay - it needed to be hold for a few secs to activate Ansel (simply Alt+F2 do it immediately).
So I've got 2 questions:
1. Why Home::!F2 doesn't worked?
2. Is it possible to remove that weird delay if I will use Capslock::!F2?
