Sometimes, the crosshair does move, but it doesn't fire

Hi

i'm using an ahk script to compensate for recoil in games.

the problem is, sometimes when i press left mouse, the crosshair ingame does move, but it doesn't fire ..

this happens like 25% of the time , which is very annoying and causes a serious problem.

can someone please tell me what's wrong?
