Launch TF2 (Team fortress 2) with launch options

I'm trying to launch team fortress 2 and i figure out that if you type (steam://rungameid/440) in the webpage it launches team fortress 2 but not by launching the hl2.exe in the teamfortress2 folder which is weird...
But now i'm trying to launch team fortress 2 with launch options using autohotkey.
Can someone please tell me how to launch tf2 with autohotkey?
