Help? Spammer with Extras

So i've figured out my spammer macro already just fine, but I'm hoping somebody more experienced can help me out....

What I want is a macro that is toggled on/of with F8, and spams = key over and over, but every 15 minutes hits the - button 3 times. I've tried a bunch of stuff but cannot for the life of me get this to work
