Help XBOX 360 Controller MACRO

First, is it possible to create macro with xbox 360 control?

If so, how do I make a macro with the following buttons : D-pad-> left, down, left down (together), left.

You mean you want to "Send" output to an Xbox controller?
That is not possible using AHK, in fact if you want to make a PHYSICAL xb controller appear to be sending input, then the ONLY solution is X360ce.
If you want to create a FAKE xbox controller (ie there is no PHYSICAL xbox controller) then that is possible using the vJoy or ViGEm APIs.
UCR (See signature) can also create virtual Xbox controllers.

Thanks for reply , After hours setting up, I was able to do Macro in the MotioninJoy 0.7.1001.

I would have very much recommended against that, but it is too late now.
Be aware that it probably set your homepage to a chinese site with loads of malware, and it is a right bugger to properly remove (Plus it breaks some other stuff).
