Help with Script Topic is solved

Hello, I need help with a script I want to have/make. In a game I play I wanted to use an external button pressing software but the game wont register it. I was able to bypass this using
SetKeyDelay [, 0, 300, -1]
and
$e::e
for the lowercase e.

Is there a way to make a $(input)::(output) for every key on my keyboard, or a way to set a press time for all my keystrokes without doing that?
