auto afk farming

it is possible to make the mouse move in a circle motion with radius of 4cm while holding right click and loop number 0 to number 9 when i press F5 ?pressing after f5 for second time stop the script.this is for auto afk farming and the game is in windowed mode.the mouse cursor has to move in circle motion around the position that the mouse cursor is at.the delays between the numbers should be around 1second

There are definitely scripts for moving the mouse in a circle. I'm sure you can find them by searching; I don't have them bookmarked off hand I don't think. Right clicking to activate this can be done with a While loop.

That 1 second delay can be done with Sleep 1000.
