Screen Capture -> OCR -> Keystroke Anti-Afk

Hello AutoHoyKey community.

I have never used ATH, and aren't the big scripter.
I was hoping that one of you might help me.

I am currently playing a game called "Tower Unite".
This game contains a mini virtual world, and a lot of mini-games.
One of those mini-games has an anti-afk system where every 15 minutes or so there pops up a key you have to press, It Is easy readable, it does move around, but stays within a certain part of the screen (a small square).
You have 30 seconds to press this key, and only get 2 tries.

It moves around in that small empty area.

My work so far is finding the program "ShareX" which allows you to take a screenshot of a region automatically on a timer, and then open in another program.

It does have an builtin OCR function as you see, but it isn't usable as the way I need it. + It doesn't pick up the S

Any help will be much appreciated.
