holding down f1 key

hey guys

ive been trying for a couple of hours too get something working by copy pasting other their codes and adjusting the actual key that is being used but not succesfull at all keep on failing on different things (first time ever doing anything code related)

what i want it too do
by pressing - i want it too keep on pressing F1 untill i press + (both on the numpad)
im gonne be using it on a game wich i have opened twice, the code needs too run on the 1 on the background so their named the same as far as i understand. can i do that in the code aswell?
