Alt tabbing between clients (same game) only

Hello.
I'm running 2~3 clients of the same game, they open from the same exe etc and it works fine.
I wanna know how do I make a simple macro to:
Click somewhere in client 1;
Alt tab to client 2;
Click the same place in client 2;
Alt tab to client 3;
Click the same place in client 3;
wait a couple seconds;
Click somewhere in client 3;
Alt tab to client 2;
Click the same place in client 2;
Alt tab to client 1;
Click the same place in client 1;
end

I found a few ways to alt tab but it seems to either alt tab to other programs or alt tab more than once.
I remember doing something like this a long time ago and instead of manual alt tabing I remember having something to do with GroupAdd that alt tabbed between the clients by itself.
I'm also not remembering quite well how to gather x;y and make the client click there, but this part is easy.
