Need help with Macro ^_^

Hey all. I need help to make a Script. I wanted to make a script which does this :
If I press ^j it will rapidly whole time press "g". In the same time in Loop it would hold down"a" for about 1 or 2 sec, after the time it would stop and then hold down "d" for the same amout of time then it stops and it holds down "a" u know what I mean . Thanks
