World of warcraft stops working with autohotkey

since the last patch 8.0, autohotkey can't interact with world of warcraft.
MouseClick doesn't work for exemple.
Anyone has seen this ?

General advice in such a case: Try running the script as admin. But, perhaps they just upped their anti-cheat methods...
