How would I make a script that only sends a spam script to roblox say to go afk and watch youtube.

I want it to spam q with F4 and stop with F5 but I want to able to watch youtube without it affecting it is there anyway to only make it run in roblox so i can just minimize it or make the window small and watch youtube while its running?
