Please help me with a script for The Culling?

Way back in the day there used to be a script that worked flawlessly. It let you push and jab at the same time. The script would press Q and Lbutton at the same time with a proper delay that would actually let both functions happen at once. Your character would push AND jab at the same time. The script made your character do this about 6 - 8 times and would stop. I've spent the past week searching for this script/ trying to replicate it and I simply can't figure it out.

Send {Lbutton up}

This doesn't seem to work even if i toss some sleep commands in it. Sendplay function doesn't seem to work for The Culling. I could really use some help guys.
