FFXIV and controller

Hello all, I'm fairly new to scripts/AHK. I honestly tried learning through the tutorial and it's like reading a whole different language lol. I was just wondering if someone could help me write a script to spam a key for Bloodletter. I need it to spam something along the lines of RT + Y or LT + X, RT + anything LT + anything is fine.
