It's handmade. No special software needed. The CHM file is still created with MS HTML Help Workshop, except that the old sidebar has been disabled and replaced with a JavaScript based version that works both online and offline. Each page executes the following JavaScript file to create the sidebar: https://github.com/Lexikos/AutoHotkey_L ... content.js
