Unable to Join Discord

I'm unable to join the discord channel for something. When I click on the invite link it will pop up and ask me to join the server but then it will give an error message saying "Unable to Accept Invite"

Seems to be working on my end ... perhaps clearing cache, cookies, etc. or try a different browser?

That message usually means either your user or IP has been banned from the server. Do you have a Discord user#discriminator I can check?

I have been user-banned from the discord, I believe it is wrongful, is there anywhere I can go to inquire about this?
