Saw this first on DonationCoder, then followed the link to the GitHub repo. As per project description:

Cross-Platform Desktop Automation and Script utility inspired by AutoHotKey

The project is still in pre-alpha stage.

I remember this, it used to have a webpage i think.
Sadly, it seems abandoned. It says helpers needed: https://github.com/relipse/JsRoboKey#need-helpers
Maybe I could do some work on it... hmm
