Which ToDo List app to use with AHK?

I'd like to use AutoHotKey to read a set of files and then write a ToDo list based on the content of the files.
I'd ultimately like a set of ToDo lists, each list titled with a project name and then the ToDo's of that project that I can add an take away from as I complete or need new tasks.

I was thinking something like Wunderlist or another app.

The problem is: Do any of these apps work well with AHK, and if so I would probably have to worry about revisions making my script not work.

Are there any ToDo list apps that work well with AHK and show signs of longevity?
