Visual Studio 2013 Community Edition

Visual Studio Community 2013
Visual Studio Community 2013 is a new edition that enables you to unleash the full power of Visual Studio to develop cross-platform solutions.
(...)
  • Professional-grade editing, code analysis, and debugging support
  • Support for open-source workflows (Git)
  • Compilers for managed languages, C++ and more
  • Cross-platform mobile development (...)
  • Access to all the Visual Studio 2013 extensions on the Visual Studio Gallery
Source: Community Edition
It's free for individual developers and organisations of up to 5 developers (or any number if contributing to open source projects).

The extensions I use (so far) are:
  • VSCommands - it has many features; I primarily use it to show the current git branch and project name in the window title and alt-tab.
  • Visual C++ Refactoring - smart rename.
It's been mentioned before, but I thought I'd give it its own topic, since I'm now using it to develop AutoHotkey. (However, I still compile using the Visual Studio 2010 toolset to support older OSes.)
