VDE 1.0 Virtual Desktop Enhancer

For those of you who have used the virtual desktop facility in Windows, you know that it can be a very useful tool if you are multi-tasking and have many windows open on a number of different topics. On Windows 7, I used a virtual desktop utility from someone in Germany but it was never upgraded for Win 10. When I started using Win 10, I started looking for a virtual desktop utility that I could use. As you may know, the Win 10 native facility isn't all that friendly or complete. I found a utility on this site but when I tried to use it, it didn't work well for me. I set to work on that version; got things working well; and, upgraded it by adding some additional features. I have been using it for quite a while now and I find it very useful. I've decided to share it so others can benefit as well. I am only releasing the executable at this point, not the source code.
VDE 1.0 builds on the good work done by others. I only take a bit of the credit. It was free before (MIT license) and it is still free (but I'll take donations if anyone cares enough!).
There is documentation with the program but briefly, the key features are:
I don't have Win 11 so I would appreciate having someone with Win 11 give it a try to know if that works OK.

There is documentation with the program but briefly, the key features are:
- The ability to have up to 10 virtual desktops (4 are set up in the downloadable version);
- The ability to switch between virtual desktops using control keys or the mouse.
- Provides additional clarity for which desktop you are on. There is a popup with the desktop name (as you switch to a desktop) and each desktop can have it's own wallpaper.
- The ability to have "Themes". Each Theme can have it's own (themed) set of wallpapers. Individual desktops can be defined to use "dark mode". You can switch themes on the fly by choosing a new one. Let the theme match / change your mood.
- The ability to execute a specific program when entering or exiting a particular desktop.
