Simply make the forum AHK_H dev or are there any objections, comments?
i guess it depends on your vision for that forum. i prefer just "AutoHotkey_H" because "development" only seems appropriate for v2 since its still in alpha and the discussion is about its direction. and maybe a subtitle like "HotKeyIt's fork adding new functionality such as multithreading". i was thinking the _H forum would mostly be used for ask for help topics specific to _H only, allowing HotKeyIt an easier time in finding the topics and responding, as well as having a nice historical repository for others who may have the same questions about how to use ahk.dll etc. and it can have one sticky topic to the newer AHK_H help page

I would say making it how the v2 section is. if people make something ahkh only, they can state it in S&F section such as [ahkh]<title> (or however they want). Just like people do with v2, classes and functions.

or maybe HotKeyIt has a preference on how it should be handled?

I think it would make sense to have 'Ask for Help', 'Scripts and Functions', 'Tutorials' and 'Bug Reports' section so people can post AHK_H specific stuff separately.
It may make sense to move AHK_H specific 'Ask for Help' topics so answer can be found quicker, but I would not move any script or functions there unless author requests to.

How about for a starting approach, we have:

Code: Select all

AHK_H Dev
  >Ask for Help --> ...
  >... *No category* ... meaning automatically dev related?
or rather just

Code: Select all

AHK_H
  >Ask for Help --> ...
  >Dev. --> ...

2. AHK_H -> Ask for help
3. AHK_D -> Dev

#1 could be the main forum aka Scripts and Functions and #3 for development, wishes, etc.
Probably change description to Post AHK_H specific scripts and libraries and discuss the usage and development of HotKeyIt's fork/branch

There should not be too many for the moment, I think development could be removed or renamed to Tutorials as we will surely need a lot of Tutorials :)
