Is a single message I wrote on the forum a "post within a topic" or a "topic within a post"? As far as I understood, it's a post within a topic ...Links "View unread posts|View new posts|View your posts" which are available on each forum side open an corressponding page listing the (unread/new/my) TOPICS rather than the POSTS.
I would suggest to use an alternate wording (TOPICS instead of POSTS) within provided links. Actually I've 6 posts within 4 topics - "View my posts" only lists the 4 Topics and not the 6 posts.
