Website Bootstrap giving 403 Forbidden

FYI, the bootstrap file for the website is returning 403 forbidden, which seems wrong. @tank

I had this the other, so I purged the cloudflare cache, then did a hard refresh in my browser. Fixed it for me. Not sure what happened.
