Why do I get this error intermittently when I click on "View new posts"

I got this error again 5:32pm central time.

I am still getting this several times a day when I click on View New Posts. I am using IE10 on Windows 7.
I am going to try it on another computer running winxp and vista and try it on other browsers.
What is strange is I never see it on Coders++. That forum has the same forum software.
