Bug: I got forum notifications from user: joedf

Hi,

when user joedf is reply a post or whatever I get forum notifications,
I already pm'd him about it but it was long time ago.

its really annoying and if that bug could be fixed iil be thankful!

Looking at your screenshot, all those threads are from one place: Forum Issues

If you go back to the Forum Issues forum proper, at the bottom, does it say Subscribe forum, like it does for me, or something like unsubscribe? If you are subscribed here, that in combination with the Someone creates a topic in a forum to which you are subscribed notification setting might be causing you issues...

or maybe I was added as a phpbb "friend" accidently causing something similar to twitter's "followers" thing... ?

Otherwise, there might be some kind of error in the db...
