remove forum-wide announcements?

1. Poll for editor forum is now over
2. Spammer has been gone
3. Issues with Registering can be a sticky thread within Forum Issues

just to de-clutter things.. what do you think?

In Editor Forum the announcements are on bottom. Should be on top, like always

Looks correct to me. It goes:

Subforums
Announcements
Sticky threads
Normal threads

Its just that the Editors forum has no normal threads yet. I've flagged a few to be moved
