I doesn't matter, autohotkey is a universal languish, that we all understand.

Maybe, when your subforum has settled a bit, you could promote some Chinese users to ambassadors. The ambassadors could then be the link between the chinese and english forum.

"欢迎回来," actually means welcome back. You should just put " 欢迎" or "欢迎光临".
