I want to remap the modifier keys on an Apple keyboard to match windows. Can ahk toggle this when the kb is plugged in?

I move my laptop on and off of my monitor setup. The apple keyboards are my favorite but they having the modifier keys in different places really messes with me. I was hoping htat AHK would be able to change the modifiers ONLY for that specific keyboard. Is this possible? What would the code look like?
