Control Shift T in google chrome to !q::

Hi,

Just started using this program today, it is awesome.
I'm hoping to get a quick response here, that will shorten the time i would spend googleing for information.
The situation:
!q::
SendInput, {Ctrl Up}{Shift Up}{t Up} ;control + shift + t reopen last used tab in chrome


i am trying to associate Alt Q to control shift t function in google chrome, which is reopen last opened tab command.
Could someone write it up for me quick?
