Rebinding unicode

Hi,

I couldn't find anything about rebinding unicode commands so I thought I'd ask here.

I use a numpad at work that has an extra row of function keys which are (, ), = and backspace. I'm 95% sure that the brackets and equals is sent with a unicode command and I was hoping someone knew if there is a way that I could rebind the command.
