I cant run multiple Hotkeys at same time

Im trying to make a script
but i stuck in this issue that i cant press 2 hotkeys in same time (Scripted hotkeys)
I did the hotkeys like this

NumpadEnd:: Hotkey, ~*space, Toggle
~*space::



NumpadDown:: Hotkey, ~LButton, Toggle
~LButton::

I cant Press LButton and space at same time
one of the hotkeys will work , one of them not
How can i press both keys for them both work?
