When I set my script to run at boot, it doesn't play any audio, but still uses system resources as if it was. Everything else in the script works fine.
I tried adding a delay before the SoundPlay command and compiling it into an .exe, but everything worked BUT the sounds still doesn't play.
If I open the script manually though, the audio works fine. Anyone know why this is?
EDIT: Yeah... if a script isn't directly run, SoundPlay doesn't work.
Script Audio does not play if it is Started at Boot
Re: Script Audio does not play if it is Started at Boot
Figured it out. SetWorkingDir did the trick... it was using the shortcut's directory as the script's starting directory.
