AHK execute command from a picture with font

Is it possible for AHK to hover over a picture with some text and execute a command if the picture got a text that's correspondence with the command
example.

having a picture over the ocean where it says Hello world
in AHK it should execute a command IF the Hello world is correct?

or do I need to make a color for the Hello world and make a color recognition

and if so. how do I make that?
