If you right click on the bluetooth symbol and click receive file fsquirt.exe opens in the receiving mode

How to do this with Autohotkey? I want to make an application that makes my Bluetooth files autoaccept, but I am not sure how to open fsquirt.exe in this mode.

I know this thread is very old but maybe somebody has the same Question.
fsquirt.exe has 2 possible parameters :

fsquirt.exe -send
fsquirt.exe -receive
