Send keys after program loads only into System Tray

Ive been searching the topics and trying various suggestions people give in threads but I cant get this to work.

HRC only runs to the system tray. I need to program to load and then send keystrokes.
I had this in a state if I clicked the icon in the tray the process continued (but I cant get back to that state) and i would prefer to folly automate.
