I'm writing some code were when the box is checked and a button is pressed a program opens what I want is so when I unchecked the box it closes the program

If you Gui, Submit it will set the associated variable to 1 if checked, unchecked it is 0. Also look at https://autohotkey.com/docs/commands/GuiControlGet.htm
