Right ctrl and alt keys

Hi

is there anyway i can remap my "ctrl" key to a "fn" key? or my right "alt" key to a "fn" key?

i understand that the fn key may not be possible to be remapped to something else, but i would like to know if it is possible to change a key to the "fn" key?
