Upper vs lower case for keyboard up/Down remapping Topic is solved

On this page of the AHK manual, examples are given for keyboard remapping and one example gives "up" and the other "Down". Are these case sensitive? Is up really supposed to start with a lowercase u?

What about trying it?

The only time that case matters is with send / hotkeys for keys which have upper/lower case versions.

eg Send {A} is the same as Send +{a}.
