Window Spy broken after Windows Scale

Hello,

it seems that the Window Spy tool can't handle Windows scaling.
It works fine while I'm running 100% scale, but if I go to 150% the output seems to lie at me.

100% (mouse is at the white spot)

150% - still white spot but weird color - it also changes if I move the window

I'm confused - any help?
