A way to detect if Google Drive is Syncing?

The only way I know is...

When you pass your mouse cursor into the Tray Icon. It says "Google Drive - Syncing 1 of 6" when it finishes it says "Google Drive - Sync complete"

The other way is making a script to detect file changes but that is not 100% accurate. (I do not like this one)

I remember somewhere on Google search, someone made a way to detect tray messages but don't remember well.
Anyone knows?

Why not use rclone to sync your files?
