Keyboard with Special Buttons

Hello,
I am trying to script together macros using special keys on a keyboard.

I am doing this for multiple installs and there are a few different types of keyboard, some have media keys others are either razer or Logitech gaming keyboards and have the M1,M2,M3, etc. Buttons.
When using the M1, M2, M3, etc. buttons they send a signal of just "1,2,3,etc." Is there a way to associate the correct signal to this keyboard to script it to a macro?

If it helps this is all being used on a Thin Client in a VDI environment so the specific keyboard is not recognized by the Windows installation.
