I need a script that moves my mouse along the screen, not just having the mouse teleport to the given spot relative to my mouse but it actually sliding/moving. Something where it goes to the left by around 400 pixels on the X axis every 20 minutes. If this isn't possible can someone perhaps give me another program that could do this?

Read the MouseMove documentation. There is a speed parameter there so you can slow it down significantly.
