Very Simple Tab Switcher on Chrome Browser help

So I'm extremely new to this, as this is my first script, and I don't have a background in scripting so I apologize in advance. I'm simply trying to have my browser switch tabs as the CTRL key is being held down. Which can be done by simply pressing TAB as CTRL is held down. I wish it to loop forever as long as the script is running and the CTRL key is being held down. Here was my attempt: (I warn you it is really bad, mainly guesses)
