Script To Check Uptime

Hi Guys I am A Network Adminstrator And I have a problem with a Script(Scripting is not my strongest side).The Script should Check Uptime and the Prompt the User to Restart .
Problem Number 1:I need the Time in Hours Not in Days
2:If the User Does not Restart after one our they will be in iinformed that windows will Automatically restart in 60 minutes
3 Can I some how create the script to meet these parameters?:
Parameter 1 specifies after how many hours without rebooting the user is asked via a message box to restart their computer themself or to shut down .

Lässt sich das nicht mit 'Bordmitteln' ähnlich den windows update mechanismen machen?
Isn't that feasible using windows internal 'update' routines??

Wie gesagt ich habe es nicht so mit dem Scripting.Wenn mit windows dann wie?
As said ,Scripting aint my thing.How is that possible with windows?
